Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities includes modern equipments comparable to any world class hi-tech ceramic manufacturing company. It includes a huge capacity Spray drier, high quality mixers for pre-processing of various ceramics components. For processing of various products, we have PLC Presses (for better dimensional accuracy), Extruders, Injection Moulding machines, Isostatic presses, and Microprocessor controlled kilns for pre-sintering and sintering up to 1750^oC temperature.

For post sintering processes, very sophisticated equipments like Lapping, Polishing and Grinding machines are installed. And for the supply of world class ceramics, various quality related testing equipments are present. It is also backed by modern tool room facilities with machines like Wire cut, Spark erosion EDM machines etc. which enables us to manufacture any complex and intricate shaped parts small or big.
